IBC Committee discussed the possibility of tax advance as an incentive for taxpayers

The meeting of the IBC Fiscal Policy Committee was held with the participation of the Parliament Deputy Dastan Bekeshev, Deputy Chairman of the Parliament Committee on Economic and Fiscal Policy.

Committee Chairperson Yulia Abdumanapova gave a brief overview of the results of the work done.

Dastan Bekeshev made a presentation “Tax advance as an incentive for taxpayers” and answered the questions of the meeting participants.

The MP proposed to legally introduce the “tax advance” concept. Earlier, he announced this at a meeting of the Parliament Committee on Economic and Fiscal Policy. He offers to provide a discount to entrepreneurs who pay taxes in advance for several months. According to the MP, some entrepreneurs reported that the State Tax Service forces them to pay taxes in advance, although the STS denied this.

Ayaz Jarkynbaev, consultant of the Systematic Regulatory Review program, addressed the issues of obtaining a certificate of the absence of tax and insurance contributions in electronic form.

The Committee members proposed that the requirements of these certificates from applicants be repealed through interagency cooperation.
