Export Control Handbook published in Kyrgyzstan

The Export Control Handbook has been published and presented as part of the work being carried out by the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic to inform participants of foreign economic activity about export control requirements.

The Handbook provides detailed information about the national export control system in the Kyrgyz Republic, international export control regimes, and current legislation in this area, the procedures for licensing, issuing permits, the procedure for controlling the end use of controlled goods, customs control, issuing an end-user certificate, and the internal control procedure are described.

The Handbook contains a list of authorized state bodies and responsible persons for issuing permits and information on liability for violations of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of export control.

The Handbook was prepared by a group of experts in the field of export control and the Center for Export Control with the support of the International Science and Technology Center.
