Patent and insurance policy forms combined

By the decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the forms of the patent for the implementation of economic activity and the insurance policy have been combined.

The State Tax Service has improved the electronic service "E-patent" (http://epatent.gov.kg/auth/eid), where you can purchase a patent and an insurance policy in one document, the press service of the State Tax Service reports.

This innovation will create favorable conditions for the fulfillment of obligations by citizens on taxes and insurance premiums and the introduction of modern methods of administration.

Previously, entrepreneurs were forced to spend time first to get a patent, and then – an insurance policy.

Since 2018, taxpayers have been able to purchase a patent online without going to the tax authority, but until now there could not purchase an insurance policy remotely.

The combined form of the two documents is now available in electronic format through the electronic service "E-patent". Payment can be made non-cash using various electronic wallets, terminals or online banking.
