KPMG ranked TOP 10 most attractive employers in Kazakhstan

KPMG was ranked TOP 10 Most Attractive Employers in Kazakhstan 2020 by the students majoring in Business/Commerce, according to the rating results of Universum international company, which specializes in studies of the employer branding.

The study was conducted among 6910 Kazakh students from October 2019 to March 2020. Its main objective was to know the students’ career preferences and priorities, clarify their expectations from employers, and explore what employers and industries are the most attractive for them.

The students being interviewed have considered the following employer attributes as the most important: possibility to generate high earnings in the future, the company's success in the market, professional training and development.
