Business associations reach out to the people and party leaders
Today, October 6, leading business associations addressed the people and leaders of political parties in connection with the situation in Kyrgyzstan.
Today, October 6, leading business associations addressed the people and leaders of political parties in connection with the situation in Kyrgyzstan.
“Entrepreneurs are now in a difficult situation, and their businesses have suffered huge losses due to the coronavirus pandemic. The business is in dire straits. Recent events in the country are causing concern in the business community,” the appeal said.
To avoid further escalation and destabilization in the country, business associations suggested to legally resolve the situation and to take immediate measures to stabilize the situation in the country.
The business associations urge the people and leaders of political parties to:
1. Return the situation in the state into the legal field.
2. Convene parliament for an extraordinary session.
3. All law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of the population, protection of private property and business facilities.
4. Ensure the prevention of raider seizures and severely suppress attempts at looting.
