The deadlines for mandatory submission of tax returns in the form of an electronic document have been extended until April 1, 2021 in Kyrgyzstan.
The deadlines for mandatory submission of tax returns in the form of an electronic document have been extended until April 1, 2021 in Kyrgyzstan.
For organizations, the deadlines for submitting tax reports in the form of an electronic document using a qualified electronic signature have been postponed from January 1, 2021 to April 1, 2021, reported by the Government’s press service.
The corresponding decision, which came into force on January 1, 2021, was signed by Acting Prime Minister, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov.
At the same time, the transition to the mandatory submission of tax returns in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature will be carried out by individual entrepreneurs from January 1, 2022.
