The IBC head awarded Excellence in Economics medal

Executive Director of the International Business Council Askar Sydykov was solemnly awarded the Excellence in Economics medal of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic "for long-term and fruitful work, a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the country."

“This award is a great honor and high appraisal of the work of the entire IBC team,” said Askar Sydykov. “This gives us motivation to continue to work for the good of our country and do our best to carry out the necessary reforms for the development of its economy."

In recent years, IBC has significantly strengthened its position as the country's leading business association. IBC acts as a kind of bridge between domestic and foreign entrepreneurs, representing Kyrgyzstan from the most profitable side for attracting investments.

“Every day of our work is aimed not only at effectively representing the interests of the IBC members and the industries they represent, but, first of all, for the benefit of the entire state,” said Sydykov. “We cooperate with all structures including the state, international organizations, accredited diplomatic missions, and participate in business forums. IBC has become the voice of business in the information field, and this is one of the strengths of our association."

The IBC head is a member of such important platforms for improving the investment climate, business environment and public-private dialogue as the Industry and Entrepreneurship Development Committee under the National Sustainable Development Council of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Business and Entrepreneurship Development Council under Parliament Speaker, the Business Development and investments Council under the Government, the Economic Reforms Council under the Government, and many others.
