WG considered draft laws on labor issues
On December 1, 2021, the working group on labor issues discussed the draft laws and regulations developed by experts as part of the inventory of labor legislation in Kyrgyzstan.
On December 1, 2021, the working group on labor issues discussed the draft laws and regulations developed by experts as part of the inventory of labor legislation in Kyrgyzstan.
The WG reviewed bills on labor protection, trade unions, employers' associations, etc. The bills were proposed following discussions with the involvement of representatives of trade unions, business associations (employers' associations), government bodies and experts.
WG member Zhanabil Davletbaev, Head of the IBC Legal Department, made comments and suggestions on the documents submitted.
The inventory process does not include codes, and consideration of the Labor Code has been postponed until next year.
