WG will develop a bill on voluntary legalization and amnesty of property
On the basis of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, a working group has been created to develop a draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On voluntary legalization and amnesty of property and income by individuals."
On the basis of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic, a working group has been created to develop a draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On voluntary legalization and amnesty of property and income by individuals."
The working group includes representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the State Financial Intelligence Service, the State Tax Service, the business ombudsman and representatives of the business community.
The International Business Council is represented in the WG by Zhanabil Davletbaev, Head of the IBC Legal Department.
The working group, created as part of the implementation of the Presidential Decree "On the inventory of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic", will consider each proposal of stakeholders for inclusion in the draft Law.
The proposal in the form of a letter can be sent to the General Prosecutor's Office.
