AI technologies in banking and legal spheres will be discussed in Bishkek

On February 12, 2025, the International Business Council (IBC), together with LexisNexis, will hold a webinar for IBC members on the topic of "Checking Foreign Counterparties Using the NexisDiligence+ Database." Starts at 15:00.

The webinar will feature Jeremy Shayler, Business Development Director at LexisNexis (London), and Marat Almaganbetov, LexisNexis Representative in Central Asia (Amsterdam).

Webinar participants will become familiar with the Nexis Diligence+ database, which is used to check foreign companies and individuals based on a wide range of sources.

The webinar will also cover key aspects of building compliance procedures, including the use of a risk-oriented approach to minimize corporate risks, as well as studying the judicial history of counterparties to make informed decisions.
