Interaction of the Business and Entrepreneurship Development Council under the Speaker to achieve the goals of regulatory reform was considered. Representative of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek reported on preliminary results of monitoring the implementation of Council’s decisions. The meeting participants discussed the reasons for non-execution of the Council’s decisions.
