On November 11, 2019, the Committee Deputy Chairman, IBC head Askar Sydykov, together with representatives of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Investment Council attended the official mining launch ceremony at the Jerooy deposit. The first ceremonial explosion was carried out and ore mining operations began. In the future, the ores will be prepared for processing at the gold mining factory of Alliance Altyn LLC.

Also the Committee members met with the business community of the oblast. The Government representative in the Talas oblast Marat Murataliev and representative of the Investment Promotion and Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic Sukhrab Razzakov were also invited to the meeting.
