In connection with the requests of IBC member companies about the requirements of the structural subdivisions of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for the mandatory transition to electronic reporting, the IBC made an official request to the head office of the Social Fund. As follows from the official response, the transition to electronic reporting is a recommendation but not a requirement. The delivery of the report on paper is in full compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
