The meeting participants asked questions on all areas of Bishkek's development, noting the importance of improving the city not only for the convenience of its residents, but also for doing business. In particular, increasing the transparency and openness of all data will enable businesses to plan their activities more efficiently. Council members also proposed a complete digitalization of all types of services provided by city services.
IBC Executive Director Askar Sydykov raised the issue of municipal transport. He proposed to consider options for attracting private partners so that funds from the city budget are not spent on the purchase of buses.
Sydykov invited the Mayor's Office to actively participate in the development of draft regulations and submit comments and suggestions to them.
