Since July 13, the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic has submitted for public discussion the draft Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Council on Statistics of the Kyrgyz Republic", developed in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Official Statistics".

The RLA establishes the goals, principles, legal and organizational bases for the creation and activities of the Council on Statistics of the Kyrgyz Republic, which will be an advisory body to carry out the functions of developing strategic recommendations for the producers of official statistics.

According to the Law, the composition of the Council must be represented by various categories of users – government bodies, the business community, the media, educational and research institutions, the non-governmental sector, and the civil society.

The role of the Council on Statistics will be to enhance the relevance of official statistics and to promote the transparency and accountability principles of the national statistical system.

The Economy Ministry submits for public discussion a draft regulation on the use of e-invoices

On July 15, the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On amendments to some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic."

The proposed draft resolution has been developed as part of the ongoing work on the implementation of a system of fiscalization of tax procedures and in order to implement the requirements of Article 2501 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The objective of this draft resolution is to bring the Procedure for filling out and submitting a Report on value added tax and the Form for a report on value added tax (FORM STI-062), approved by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 14, 2015 No. 491, in accordance with the rules for the use of invoices in the form of an electronic document.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs submits for public discussion a draft regulation on maintaining the Unified Register of Violations

On July 15, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic submitted for public discussion a draft resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Maintaining the Unified Register of Violations" dated December 21, 2018 No. 603

The purpose and objective of this draft resolution is to amend the Government Resolution "On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Maintaining the Unified Register of Violations" dated December 21, 2018 No. 603 by optimization of the interaction of the URV with information systems of state bodies and local self-government, in particular, with automated information system "Safe City".
