The deadlines for the use of old cash registers extended until April 1, 2021

The deadlines for the prohibition of registration of old online cash register models and the use of old cash registers samples have been extended until April 1, 2021. The corresponding decision was signed by the Acting Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov.

According to the Resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On measures to introduce an electronic system of fiscalization of tax procedures" dated June 24, 2020 No. 365, it was envisaged that from January 1, 2021, cash registers that do not correspond to new technical requirements for cash register machines, and old cash register samples without the function of transferring fiscal data in real time to the servers of the tax service are not subject to use.

Taking into account the numerous requests from business entities – cash registers users, it was decided to extend the terms of the prohibition of registration of old KKM-online models and the use of old KKM samples until April 1, 2021.
