The Prime Minister Joomart Otorbaev signed the Regulation of the Government “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts”. According to the proposed

amendments the Government itself will determine the authorized state body for

collection and administration of social contributions. The draft law is aimed to

establish provisions for delegating functions on social contributions administration from the Social Fund to the State Tax Service.
