The IBC working group on labor issues held its first meeting. The WG considered the introduction of amendments to the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on the limitation periods in labor disputes to collect wages, as well as the new Regulation on the provision of temporary disability benefits, maternity benefits and other issues. The meeting participants decided to submit a WG reference letter on the first issue to the State Migration Service, as well as to form package of proposals for changes to the Labor Code.
