On the way to reduce the shadow economy

IBC Executive Director Temirbek Azhykulov and Deputy Executive Director Askar Sydykov attended the second meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission on Developing the draft Governmental Program for Reducing the Shadow Economy for 2015-2017. Participants chaired by the First Vice Prime Minister Tayirbek Sarpashev discussed the draft Governmental Action Plan for reducing the level of the informal economy for 2015-2017.

As a result, the Ministry of Economy was assigned to review the draft Action Plan taking account of the comments and proposals received from the Commission members.

IBC members concerned are welcome to send their proposals on reducing the shadow economy to office@ibc.kg which will further be forwarded to the Ministry of Economy.
