IBC took part in the working group meeting to develop amendments to the Labor Code on the theme: "Addressing the shortage of qualified professionals in the agricultural sector through the development of workplace training." The meeting was held as part of activities of the Supervisory Board on the implementation of the OECD project "Investment and Competitiveness in Central Asia - Phase II». The participants discussed the proposed changes to the Labor Code, the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Law "On insurance premium rates in the state social insurance". In particular, it was proposed to exempt the income of trainees and interns from taxation.
