IBC participated in a meeting to discuss the activities of the Business Development and Investment Council under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic. The meeting was attended by EBRD representatives – Franklin Steves, Senior Counsellor, Investment Climate and Governance Initiative (ICGI), and Gabriele Liotta, Governance Analyst, ICGI. The Business Development and Investment Council, created in 2010, is successfully acting as a bridge between the Government and the business community. EBRD intends to continue providing advice and technical assistance to the Investment Council.
