At an online meeting of the IBC Financial Market Committee, Chairman Maksatbek Ishenbaev spoke about the innovations in the work of banks in the context of the pandemic.

Since May 2020, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has allowed banks to carry out remote identification and verification of users. This means that now you can open an account under a bank deposit agreement remotely, without the depositor's personal presence.

Ajara Mambetova, Managing Director of the Department of Digital Business and Distant Banking Services at Kompanion Bank, spoke about the advantages of online registration of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities in the databases of the Ministry of Justice and the State Tax Service. This will facilitate the work of both government agencies and residents of the country.

Since the compliance control system of clients is effectively operating in banks, then with the access of banks to the databases of government agencies, there will be more bona fide businesses in the country.

Stanislav Mukovoz, head of mobile financial services at Sky Mobile, and Aydai Mukasheva, specialist of the company's GR service, reported on optimizing the interaction of mobile operators with government agencies, including the self-identification of payment institutions and implementation of social projects using electronic wallets.
