Turkish Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Cengiz Kamil Firat completes his diplomatic mission

On March 25, 2021, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Turkey to Kyrgyzstan Cengiz Kamil Firat on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in the country.

The President of Kyrgyzstan noted the contribution of Cengiz Kamil Firat to the intensification of joint cooperation and the development of the Kyrgyz-Turkish political dialogue.

Sadyr Japarov expressed his readiness to bring the level of bilateral relations to a qualitatively new level. The Kyrgyz side focuses on the implementation of projects aimed at expanding industrial interaction, developing public-private partnerships, creating joint ventures, cooperation in the agricultural sector, textile, mining, hydropower, and other areas.

Turkish Ambassador informed about the upcoming international events with the participation of the heads of the two states, including the informal CCTS summit and the meeting of the Supreme Council for Strategic Cooperation of Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.

Turkish businessmen are expected to arrive in Kyrgyzstan to expand trade and economic cooperation, and it is also planned to hold a Kyrgyz-Turkish business forum in the Issyk-Kul region.

Turkish Ambassador Cengiz Kamil Firat is an honorary member of the International Business Council.
