The Ministry of Justice suggests to simplify the liquidation procedure

On January 21, 2016 the Ministry of Justice submitted for public discussion the draft bill “On Amendments to Some Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic”.

The current draft bill introduces amendments to the Civil Code and the Law “On State Registration of Legal Entities, Representative Branches” to simplify the liquidation procedure. The draft bill introduces norms which will reduce the time period and eliminate duplicate procedures during liquidation procedure of legal entities.
