On November 25, 2014 the Ministry of Economy submitted for public discussion the draft Statute on the Authorized Person for Protection of Business Entities’ Rights.

According to the draft document the purpose of the Authorized Person shall be protection and restoration of violated business entities’ rights. His main tasks shall be providing observance of business entities’ rights and legal interests by state and local authorities; creation of conditions for efficient interaction of business entities and state and local authorities, etc.
