IBC took part in the opening of a solar photovoltaic system at the Rehabilitation Center for Homeless Children. The Bishkek Mayor’s Office with the support of R.I.D. GmbH and the German Energy Agency (dena) is implementing a project to equip the rehabilitation center with solar panels. The event was attended by Vice-Mayor of Bishkek Aigul Ryskulova, Deputy Chief of Mission of the German Embassy Anders Lundgren, and representatives of dena and R.I.D. GmbH. The project is implemented by the German Energy Agency and subsidized by the Federal Ministry of Economy and Energy as part of the Renewable Energies Export Initiative.
