At an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC, Executive Director of the International Business Council, Askar Sydykov, was elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan OJSC for a term of four years.

According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, during the bank's meeting held on September 21, 2023 in Almaty, Kazakhstan shareholders approved the adjusted planned balance sheet, profit and loss budget, operating expenses and payment budget for fixed assets and intangible assets for the current year.
